Felix is our managing director. He has 10 years of consulting experience and over 15 years of training experience in a wide range of industries. At Hallecker Consulting & Coaching GmbH, he is particularly responsible for the development and coaching of executives. As a 7-time German champion in Kung Fu, he stands for a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. In a trusting process, he accompanies you in developing new perspectives, initiating courageous changes and putting them into practice. Felix works in German, English and Spanish.
