Team Coaching

Increasing Joint Performance

Every team makes an important contribution to organizational success. This depends to a large extent on the performance and problem-solving ability of the teams. Good cooperation is a prerequisite for success. But this is exactly where things often go wrong.

Different goals, chaotic processes, unclear roles and responsibilities as well as conflicts between team members lead to resentment, stress and ultimately reduced performance for everyone involved. We support you in taking both hard and soft factors into account so that your team members can utilize their potential and increase joint performance. The Team Wheel we have developed forms the basis for a needs-oriented analysis and the goal-oriented development of the team.

Coaching Topics

The topics in coaching are diverse. Among other things, we support you in:

  • Positioning yourself as a team and developing a shared vision
  • Derive goals against which all team members can measure their contribution
  • Analyzing team dynamics and resolving conflicts
  • Create clear roles and responsibilities
  • Strengthen the team culture and cooperation
  • Establish transparent and solution-oriented communication

The Team Wheel

The analysis tools for determining the maturity level of teams on the market are diverse, confusing and often overwhelming for teams. Which ones should be used? Only a few deliver what they promise.

From numerous team coaching sessions, we have developed the Team Wheel, a pragmatic and realistic basis that helps teams to analyze their current state and improve it in a goal-oriented manner.

The Team Wheel combines the most effective methods for developing teams in a holistic and practical approach that combines the most important criteria for successful teams with their real-life requirements. This includes a common direction, strategic fields of action, target systems, the distribution of roles and responsibilities as well as a value-based cooperation and communication structure within the team and with relevant stakeholders.

The team wheel is used for an in-depth analysis of the maturity level in order to subsequently develop tailor-made solutions for the development of the team, instead of a standardized approach that has little to do with the reality of day-to-day operations.
